Radio report: ‘Have bought broadly – I don’t trust the US dollar!’ – Frankfurter Vermögen focuses on Europe and utilises risks

Börsenradio | Uwe Eilers, CEO of Frankfurter Vermögen, in an interview with Andreas Groß (Börsenradio) about his assessment of the tense geopolitical situation and the market situation in the USA. ‘The economy is far from out of the woods!’ His strategy: remain defensive, utilise opportunities in a targeted manner. During the flash crash, his team made massive purchases – ‘automotive stocks, utilities, …, all over the place!’ Europe is now overweighted, while US equities have been reduced. In his view, high inflation and political uncertainty in the USA are weighing on the sustainability of the markets. He is also sceptical about Ukraine: ‘Negotiations are often a political show.’ Bonds remain unattractive for him. Diversification remains a must. ‘A cool head is our best advisor’ – under this motto, Eilers actively protects client assets.
